Getting "Invalid Call" when trying to resize game window or switch fullscreen.

Have you tried all of the video plugins? Same result in each?

It appears that r7271 has reintroduced the "Invalid Call" issue when using the DX9 backend (see issue 4130). It doesn't occur when using OpenGL or DX11.
I tested Mamario's builds of r7270 and r7271 on Windows 7 x86, as well as Unknownforce's x86 build of r7271, by the way.
