What steps will reproduce the problem?
- fix missing hardware code for non-ax sound
- or relink ost in mp3 format sounds and music to emulator.. ie the games
run the music separetly - none
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Resident Evil Remake's piano music (part of the game) takes some time to start
playing, then when it starts it suddenly stops.

I seem to remember a while back that adding support for some homebrew things
accidentally enabled sound during movies in Mario Sunshine. Is it possible that
looking further into the homebrew scene could fix other sound related issues,
possibly including this one?

That's exactly what we have been doing - Hermes' DSP demo is now working in our LLE
DSP emulation. We'll soon release a tool to dump the ROMs from your Wii, plus a DSP
testing tool running on the Wii, so that more people can participate (soon means in a
couple of weeks, I have to go away for a bit before I can finish it up unfortunately)

Since audio is starting to work, this issue is now about:
- Fix remaining problems in Zelda WW audio causing the hangs
- Fix remaining bugs and glitches in the Zeldas + SMG
- Figure out why Luigi's Mansion, Pikmin 1, and Super Mario Sunshine have no sound.
Luigi's and Pikmin are likely the same problem, Super Mario has a different problem.

also Zelda WW audio rarely hangs, and Pikmin has audio now.
The audio is NOT perfect though.

Well, it's getting closer :)
Now there's only Super Mario Sunshine left to figure out, plus implementing the
remaining voice formats. (and then the effects and stuff but that's not that
important). That ucode really has a lot of features... pretty evil of nintendo to not
let other developers use it too :p

Yay almost everything hot sound now, still Zelda TP (Wii version) lacks any sound, I
ask myself how come? if the GC version has sound.

Now it's missing more than Pikmin 1 (pal) Zelda TP (wii) and so that everyone did the
sounds.
But there is increasingly a problem when you want launched two different games one
after another, in some cases the image has wrong colors and some other games where
the second plant or then is very slow.
This may be because of the traces left by the first games in the variables of emu,
which should be corrected and should afford not need to restart emu for changed games.

Zelda TP for the GC has no music in cutscenes (and the intro).
The music does start, but is quickly interrupted for some reason.

Well the original issue is almost solved, it's just little bugs and missing features
left. So yeah, there's been a lot of progress - not just a lot recently :p
There's no point in asking for updates - there will be updates when there's updates :P

Just read a bit of Ucode_Zelda, there are lots of things don't make sense.
Especially those shifts, totally incomprehensible.

is there some kinda list with all games that use non-AX sound? Is their "method" all
the same? Maybe some of the problems could be soved easier if all those games could
be looked at at once, to see what they have in common 'n stuff...?

The problem with that is that the non-Ax games have differences between them , just
look at the introduction in the Super mario galaxy sound wiki

Been looking for 2 days now for a fix (or at least a hack) to make the BGM on SMG to
loop right... So far I got it to loop 4-5 times before getting all crazy =P

This issue been eating on other important issues such as 2135.
Which means it's way too general. I'm marking it as fixed, if there is a specific
