What's the problem?
When trying to build dolphin on Win7 x64 with MVC++ 2010 Express, all the projects return the error in the title.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): 7369

Try asking in the forum. The Windows devs use Visual Studio 2010 to compile.
