Do you confirm that r7394 is indeed the revision that caused this issue (for you)? Is "Upright Wiimote" unchecked?
Can you describe what you mean by "the cursor doesn't follow my mouse"? Does the pointer in this game not appear as it does in other games, or is it another kind of issue?

Yes. I confirmed that by checking the versions. R7393 is the last version in which the things are working. "Upright Wiimote" is unchecked. With the same config ini files, r7393 works while r7394 fails to work.
About your question, the pointer in the game shows up. However, in r7394, the pointer doesn't follow my mouse as in r7393. In r7394, the pointer in the game stays there forever.
I am glad to provide any information you need. Just tell me.
I really hope this gets fixed.

- Status changed from New to Invalid
I just tried Trauma Center: New Blood NTSC-U on Dolphin r7476 with emulated wiimote, the cursor (following my mouse) works fine. You likely just have a bad configuration.

Could you please help me and send me your wiimote config file? My e-mail is listed up here?
If it is a bad config, why would r7393 work? They should all be broken if it's the wrong config.
I only have the Europe version. It should be fine.

- Status changed from Invalid to Questionable
To me, this looks like a Wiimote "disconnection" issue that might be related to issue 4608 which I reported...
When the IR pointer freezes, do all other Wiimote buttons stop working too? In the Wiimote configuration window, do you have Wiimote 1 set as "Emulated Wiimote" and the other Wiimotes set to "None"? Does this issue stop occuring when you do that? If it doesn't, then does the following work?
- open the Wiimote config window, set Wiimote 1 to "None", click OK;
- reopen the Wiimote config window, reset Wiimote 1 as "Emulated Wiimote", click OK
@godisgovernment
Can you reproduce issue 4608? Does using many Wiimotes start causing issues with this game?

Use R3.0-415 to play New Blood and Second Opinion. New Blood works fine but the cursor in Second Opinion doesn't follow my mouse.
Also these two games run only 75% every time even though i use the same settings with Trauma Team (which run 100% perfect).
