Sky Crawlers won't boot

Description
What's the problem?
Sky Crawlers fails to boot and crashes Dolphin. Will not even reach wiimote warning screen. Problem did not exist in an earlier revision (tested with r6970). Tried different interpreter settings and renderer settings with no luck.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R

32-bit or 64-bit: Windows 7 64-bit

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Tested with both uncompressed and compressed versions.
Please provide any additional information below.

Try changing the System Language to Japanese. The option is found here:
Options - Configure - Wii - System Language
