What's the problem?
For a brief moment during a cutscene, player model polygons go awry and fly everywhere using the DirectX 9 plugin.

The scene in question is "Meet Tony Hawk" in the Tampa level. You can get to this cutscene using this save file and entering career mode, changing the level to Tampa in the pause menu, then selecting the cutscene in the options submenu of the pause menu.

Screenshot is attached. I have a FIFO frame of this, but it's very large. I can still upload it if it can be used to investigate the issue.
