Emulator Issues #4411
closedTexture dump monitoring
0%
Description
What's the problem?
The texture dump folder is not currently monitored to see which textures are already dumped. When making a texture pack it would be nice if you could put the identified textures into (nested) subfolders, and not have those texture redumped. This way it would be a lot easier to spot any missed textures.

Just to clarify this issue, you mean not dumping textures that are in the hires folders?? Right??

Well, if the dump folder itself would (also?) be monitored, you could put your organized textures there. To make it would make more sense to put them there, then it the hires one.
Also, will the check be only done at startup, or before every texture dump? The latter would be preferable imho.

Ahh i see, so you mean instead of just scanning the main dump textures folder, scan the subfolders as well??
