Crash when exiting dolphin

Description
What's the problem?
Every time when i try to shut down dolphin appcrash window appears.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
Dunno exact revision, but at least last 100 revisions.
Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit:
Win7 64bit
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
Any game.

Sorry i must make a correction "some games". Not all games.
Games ive noted appcrash occurs after exiting are:
- Ju-On (the Grudge) ID RJOEXJ (Wii)
- Punch Out ID R7PE01 (Wii)
- Resident evil - Darkside Chronicles ID SBDE08 (Wii)
- Soul Calibur 2 ID GRSEAF (GC)

Does it happen with DX9, DX10/11, OpenGL, or indistinctly??

So let me presume it again.
Step 1: Start any of games mentioned (with DX11 plugin)
Step 2: Close a game (ESC)
Step 3: Exit dolphin.
Step 4: Dolphin.exe has stopped working. (appcrash)
