Description

What's the problem?
Everytime I want to open the Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it says: "Please insert the Super Smash Bros. Brawl Game Disc." and the game locks. Here's screenshot: http://imgur.com/jebAg . I have complettely no idea what revision has glitched The Game, because I didn't play it for a while, but I'm 100% sure that I was able to run the same .gcz file before (4 stars rating proves it).

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
r7477

(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
Again, no idea.

Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit:
32-bit.

Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
RSBE01 (Super Smash Bros Brawl NA)

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Compressed (.gcz)

Please provide any additional information below.
Windows 7 x86

Nvidia GeForce GT 240 v267.24

The last working build is r7473.
Ergo, it breaks at r7474.

Hey you! I also have this game Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Wii - PAL.
And this game works for me I booted it.

That would explain why.

Truth, r7474 did it.

I am not getting this issue with the PAL version of the game, using Mamario's Win32 builds of r7474 and r7477 on Windows 7 x86. So that may possibly be a NTSC-only game issue...

If I overwrite it manually using a memory editor (such as MHS, or Dolphin's own memory editor perhaps), then I do get this error message.
Maybe the game ID at [80000000] in memory is being overwritten by the DSP for some reason?

Um, "If I overwrite it" should be "If I overwrite the game ID at [80000000]"...
I should think twice before I reverse the order of two sentences :p
