64-bit revisions not working

What's the problem?
As of r7284, absolutely none of the 64-bit revisions work on my pc. Every time I try to start Dolphin, I get this window.
Dolphin version with the problem:
Everything above r7283.
Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
r7283 and below.
Operating system and version: Windows 7 Home Premium
32-bit or 64-bit:
64-bit

Dude, this is obviously a problem on your setup. You think no one else would have broughten this up in 200 revs if it wasn't? Just do a fresh install and try to get to the bottom of it yourself.

It's too bad that didn't work after I tried it 200 times. I reported this because I have no idea what that stupid window means and I obviously need help fixing it.

a 2 second search on the forum would have shown this.
