16:9 ratio impossible in Luigi's Mansion (GC)/No 3D possible/Cheat crashes game

Description

What's the problem?
Even though i set the window size (of course fullscreen) to 1920x1080 and forced the 16:9 ratio i don't get the fullscreen covered. It just stays 4:3 but with graphics improvement. I used the Dx9 plugin by the way. With 3D enabled the game crashes after the main menu when you are supposed to press start.

Dolphin version with the problem:
r7485 on x64

Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
GLMP01

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Unknown. I guess a plain dump

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried 1280x720 and it did not work either.

Additionally i'd recommend to change the following
$Infinite Health
00720476 18000000
040BC93C 60000000

to

$Infinite Health
040BC93C 60000000

Or the game will crash instantly.

Update

Ratio: It seem to be a rare issue. I tried it today and everything seems to be okay. May occur if your RAM is to low. I used to have one flash application running in the background.

3D: You cannot skip the start menu because dolphin will not receive any input (at least in fullscreen+render in application window). You have to close dolphin via CTRL+ALT+DEL

Cheat: Just change the .ini file and everything will be okay!

I wasn't supposed to spam this issue. Sorry. This really needs an option to edit entries. This happened on several resolutions.

3D error messages:
Device Lost

...line 65: Create offscreen color surface
...line 83: Framebuffer depth texture

CreatePixelShaderFromByteCode failed at Src\D3DShader.cpp 84 (very often)

I'm on it, just got to install some older drivers so I can test the fix.

Though, just so you know, the 3D Vision hack has always been a bit buggy, even when working "properly". I mean, games work fine, it's just alittle picky about settings and stuff.

I should clarify, I was just referring to the broken 3D in my post, which I guess is fixed for this game now. But I've no idea about the other stuff, I don't have Luigi's Mansion.
