What's the problem?

First of all thanks for taking your time to read my post. This is just a minor graphic glitch that makes the game a bit hard to play.. well i can play it fine with full speed.
btw, the glitch does not happened in 5xxx version and i have not tried the emu long enough due to my real life situation. The thing is i just grabbed the latest svn n hoped to play back the game because i did post this in earlier post that deemed it as fixed ( issue 3180 ).

Could you narrow down which revision exactly broke it?

in the early build of r6xxx i guess... but beginning with r6090 only that the game can be played due to EAX problem..
i guess, it start with r6090 until latest ( r7484 ) this problem is still not fixed..
i will download back the old revs again for the exact rev..

Reported here as well - Issue 3701
Definete regression in the DX plugins - OpenGL does not have this problem.
