Description
What's the problem?
Exporting the save file of Super Paper Mario, and then importing it corrupts the save games.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): All
Operating system and version: Windows 7 Home Premium
32-bit or 64-bit: 64-bit
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"): R8PE01
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Plain dump
Please provide any additional information below.
Importing the .bin file into any version of Dolphin will corrupt all of the save games. Exporting it only doesn't corrupt them.

Is this ONLY Super Paper Mario, or does it effect other games as well?

i dont have this game, can you:
backup whatever save for it you have and remove it from dolphin,
create a brand new save in Super Paper Mario
zip the save folder (right click on Super Paper Mario and open wii save folder)
export the save with dolphin
package the zip and the .bin folder and upload to some filehost
post a link here

looks like the cause is a stupid mistake of mine
can you test this patch
extracted files (with the patch) exactly match the original

The save games still get corrupted with the patch applied.
I'll upload the .bin and save folder for the versions with patch:
