What's the problem?

When booting metroid prime 1 or 2 from metroid prime trilogy (replacing the main.dol like shown elsewhere), I get this error:

DSPHLE: Unknown ucode (CRC = 3389a79e) - forcing AXWii
Try LLE emulator if this is homebrew

Using the LLE emulator works (but is very very slow and makes the game pretty much unplayable). Is there any way to add HLE support for these games?

Dolphin version with the problem: r7528

Game ID: R3MP01

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
iso was decompressed from rar archive. WiiScrubber was used to replace dol file but nothing else.

Please provide any additional information below.
