What's the problem?
Load state caused FPS drop to 0 in Twilight Princess. Whatever save state make after 'Dobly Pro Logic' screen will encounter this problem.

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): R7623

Save states just don't work. I can never get them to load in any game these days. This is very well known and reported issue. Please perform a reasonable serach before creating issues on this tracker. This is a dupe of Issue 2484.

load your savestate after about 30 sec but make a lot of savestates to upgrade your chance to load the save ^^

found a trick which work with my case. Go to TP option screen and make a savestate from there. I don't encoutner the FPS drop to 0 when load it but just a bit troublesome. Hope this will solve in future release. Thanks for yours hardwork to make this Dolphin better

the problems with savestate are a different issue itself (sometimes it tends to go wrong)
but either way i was playing twilight princess (wii) and didn't had this kind of issue

and like ckchen said... in most games the safest way to use savestates it's with an static screen
