Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident black screen on cutscenes!

Description
What's the problem?
The problem is that the cutscenes does not work in this game it is completely black in the background I hear voices in the backgrounds but not see it.
Dolphin version with the problem:
r7673
Operating system and version:
Windows 7 Ulitmate 64bit
Game ID is: SFIE01
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?

Processor: Intel Core i5 760 Quad-Core 2.80Ghz 8MB Cache memory.
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 1GB
DirectX 11, OpenCL, DirectCompute, OpenGL 4.0
Memory: 4GB 1333 MHz.
Operating Systems: Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 64bit.

Maybe it's possible and create a project hack for this game like Metroird Other M because it was the same problem like this.

This happens in DX9 and DX11 has enabled EFB-RAM but it does not help, there are still black screen on the cutscenes.
I have also tried Dolphin 3.0 but it happens just the same.

Have you tried to set the external frame buffer on real (Hacks section of video config)?
