Star Fox Adventures [GSAE01] (GCN)
DX9 problem appears on both x86 and x64
r7625 was the first build to have that problem
Dolphin r7623 and older never had one
tested latest build (r7670 and r7676) - problem still there

So... the black bars are translucent, not opaque?

Post your settings, please.
Try unchecking all checkboxes in the Hacks tab of the graphics configuration. Use the leftmost selection of the Texture Cache Accuracy slider. Enable Real XFB. Enable EFB to RAM. Disable EFB copy cache. Set Internal Resolution to 1x.
