Double Dash music WORKED in 7670, and now it's broken again!

OK guys, why is the music on Double Dash lap 3 (and related sound issues in SM Galaxy, Twilight Princess, etc) broken AGAIN when it was recently fixed???
In 7670, it works perfectly. But in 7687-7690 (and who knows what before then) the sound is once again broken. Why was the fix undone?
I thought we were past these sound issues. Yes I know I can use LLE, and have the audio "work", and by work I mean it is super choppy and slows down the game a bunch.
Can we fix this please? Luckily I found 7670 online and the sound works again. I would like to be able to download the revisions, but this is a glaring issue with them.

MKDD music doesnt work with 4670 (and it never worked properly with HLE).

Actually, if you didn't get to where the lap 1 and 2 music relooped, lap 3 would indeed load, as would the after race music.
Now, NONE OF IT loads.
Also, the Soul Calibur 3 menus are broken now.
