Description

  1. Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties:)

Resident evil zero ID:GPZP08

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I played game without any serious problems but after several hours of gaming(of course not in single session but prolonged to 3-4 days) game starts crashing whenever I try to change room, by change room i mean; whenever i press action in front of a door game crashes, also if I try to open map it also crashes. I tried earlier save states which i keep for back up, they also crash with same unhandled exception error;

Unhandled Exception
Code: 0xC0000005
Call stack info:
Dolphin!0x005219BE : ?

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.

I tried other versions but again crash occurs. But I bump with same problem in resident evil remake with an older version, although I successfully finished game with dolphin version 3

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening map
2.Changing rooms(error occurs before door animation)

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar: "R 4779", "R 6403M", "3.0", etc)?

Dolphin 3.0 32bit
windows XP pro
core 2 quad q6600
8800gt(latest drivers)

I was playing that game about 3 hours ago,the version that works perfect in dolphin is wii version "Resident evil archives zero" the only thing i cant remember is what version i have, pal or ntsc, try ntsc version and the game is not japanese it's from usa,and the rev of the emu that im using is 7574 svn 32bit.I hope that helps because maybe you are using the gamecube version that is not estable yet.By the way,my cpu is:
Gigabyte H55
Intel core 2 quad i7 860 2.8
4gb of ram 1600mhz
Gtx 460 768mb

I was playing the game before with this cpu:
Asus P5kpl Am-Se
2gb ram 800mhz
Intel core 2 quad q8400 2.6
And Gtx 240 1gb ddr 5
I hope that help.

I know RE0 was working not too long ago, but I forget the revision I was using...its a recent problem if anything, as it was working fine for me earlier in the year...

Is this issue present in recent revisions?
If so, which revision was tested?

Well its been two years so I cant remember exact version or revision but its old :) I did overcome problem only by playing game from start, for some reason dolphin corrupts data so its own saving system also corrupts entirely. Only games internal save system works so when played over again I used both save systems(dolphin and typewriters in game).

I don't think you understood my question.

I don't care which revision you /used/. I want you to try a recent revision and tell me if this issue is fixed.

If by Dolphin's "save system" you mean save states, it's pretty unsurprising that they break shit. They always break shit.

It is(well 'was') a random problem I tried it(with same dolphin I used at that time) last night again but there were no problems at all, but it might(or not) occur after several hours of gaming but if you insist I can start playing RE:0 again and report it here(its been a long time and I missed it).I didnt check last versions or revisions do you have something in your mind or Should I try latest one. And yes it is save states thanks for reminding pauldachees.
