Description

1) Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
"RSBE01", etc):
The Legend of Zelda-Four Swords Adventure
G4SE01

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Restarting the game post initial play results in a series of 8 warnings...
"CreatePixelShaderFromByteCode failed at Src\D3DShader.cpp 151"

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
This did not occur previously in revision prior to the Git source code update, but I'm unclear on the specific revisions.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play Four Swords Adventure until in game
2.Stop emulation
3.Restart game

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar: "R 4779", "R 6403M", "3.0", etc)?
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.

3.0-191
Windows 7 x64

This was using DirectX11 for Graphics.

verify whether this occured prior to the zcomploc build

You should be getting a more verbose error message as well, post that one instead and do what it tells you to do.

poor neobrain, someone lost his changes allowing code he thought was gone to slip back in.

I'm not seeing it in 3.0-139 (i.e. revision prior to zcomploc), nor in 3.0-143 (i.e. zcomploc). I only played through the first level in each test though, so it's possible one needs to progress further before the relevant shader occurs in game.

I saw this for a while when using the DX11 render, starting from some of the early git builds [I forget the exact one]. All of them occurred when playing PM:TTYD, but I didn't try any other game in the meantime.
