What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start x64 build of Dolphin revision 1921 and later
2. Choose OpenGL plugin
3. Attempt to start a game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to start a game, however the emulator crashes instead upon
starting a game.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using the x64 builds of Dolphin, revisions 1921 and later on Vista x64
and XP x64

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a problem present in the x64 builds of Dolphin for revisions 1921
and later and the OpenGL plugin.

If the DirectX video plugin is selected in the x64 builds, the emulator
doesn't crash, however using the OpenGL plugin will crash the x64 build of
Dolphin when starting a game.

This problem isn't present on the 32-bit x86 builds of Dolphin where OpenGL
works as expected, and the problem doesn't occur when using the DirectX plugin.

Some users claim to not have a problem with the x64 builds, but for the
majority of us it just crashes when using OpenGL on builds 1921 and later.

The x64 builds prior to 1921 such as revision 1882 were and still are
working fine with OpenGL, it's just revisions 1921 and later which are
broken with OpenGL for most of us.

Additionally, if you delete the dolphin.ini and reconfigure the emulator,
you will be able to start a game without it crashing, but as soon as you
close the emulator it will crash afterward when trying to start a game
unless you repeat the process of deleting the dolphin.ini and reconfiguring
the emulator.
