[Wiiware] TV Show King 1 - screen flickering

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start the game and go past the intro videos.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The screen is flickering with black bars going up and down the screen. Also the control cursor is flickering so bad that its hard to spot.
This game has actually got a lot better with the latest revisions, it used to look totally hopeless with ~1 year old builds. The game speed is normal, the screen flickering is actually the only bug left in the game. Maybe this could be fixed quite easily?
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Latest (3.0-371) builds, 32 and 64-bit.
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows 7, Core I7, 4 GB DDR3, Geforce 560 Ti.

Thanks for your comment. Actually real xfb seems to get rid of the flickering in this case.
Only problem is that using real xfb, the game looks horrible (no high resolution rendering). Real xfb also introduces input lag.

If the game really needs real XFB emulation, the lower resolution is expected. There's no way to fix that.
