Can you please provide details on the actual game. Open dolphin, right click on the iso in the iso list and goto properties. From there should be something like XXXE01 or something like that under game id? Thanks.

"Dolphin version: 64 bit SVR 5152"

SVN revision 5152? Is that the revision you're using? Do you realize how old this revision is? In fact, it's older than the Dolphin 2.0 release (around SVN r5350) which is a year older than Dolphin 3.0 which was released 7 months ago... Do try the latest revision (ideally, or a recent build) and see if the problem still persists.

Also, paragraph #4 isn't supposed to contain a list of tests you've done (those are better reported in paragraph #6), that paragraph should list the steps (or operations in the game if they aren't obvious to everyone) that are supposed to successfully reproduce the crash (and therefore "validate" the issue).

Finally, even if you provided all the basic info, it wouldn't necessarily render the issue fixable (especially for game issues which are often occurrences of inaccurate/bad behavior). You'd have to narrow down the issue to one (or a few) culprit revisions...

How did you manage to get such an old build? Where did you find it advertised?
