Full screen only works on monitor 1

Description

Not related to game, Dolphin in general.
2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected that when switching to full screen, dolphin will become fullscreen on the monitor that the top left corner of Dolphin is inside.
Instead, Dolphin runs in fullscreen on the first monitor.
- Did the game ever work correctly?
I do not believe this has ever had the desired effect.
4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start Dolphin
- Start Game (any)
- Move Dolphin game window to second monitor screen
- Enable fullscreen mode

I just wanted to report that I upgraded to win7 64 bit and the nvidia drivers for the OS fixed my issue. I can now go in to full screen no matter what monitor its on. So this must only be a 32 bit issues and I think its a driver limitation.

I am running a 64 bit system as well but still have the issue. I however do not use nvidia. possibly this is an issue with amd cards/drivers?
