What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After execute the game happens one bug.
2.The bug happens because you need to select 60 Htz, but the game freezes
3.the emulator close.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A mode to select in the video plugin to chose the Htz to the games who
have that problems
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Dolphin SVN R60 ; Windows Vista x86
Please provide any additional information below.

I test it and it show the title screen and press start but it crashed.
