"If unsure use the second fastest setting from the right"
I BELIEVE it should say:
"If unsure use the setting on the right"

no, it means to use the Fast setting rather than fastest.

There is no fastest setting anymore there is only safe-normal-fast although billiard should know that so I'm curious as to why he labeled it as invalid...
