Dolphin needs a "Launch System Menu" button on the toolbar.
As close to run/stop buttons as possible.

Should only be added to toolbar if the system menu is installed. Maybe change to "Install System Menu" when it is not.

I guess this requires new icons ? Where have we sourced our current ones?
