Emulator Issues #526
closedDragon Ball Z Budokai 2 has graphic issues
0%
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Run Dolphin
- Set any of the graphic plugins (Directx9 or OpenGL)
- Execute DBZ Budokai 2
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A fullscreen game. Instead, I see a compressed screen to the up-left. The
characters are so compressed that Piccollo looks like somekind of european
mantis.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r2018, Windows XP SP3
Please provide any additional information below.

if it's a NTSC game, you can try to enable XFB, it should fix this, however the image
will be slightly blurred and you must use the default res...
btw, if you're using a PAL version, you're screwed ;p

Well, I think it's NTSC, 'cause the screen is fixed, yeah. Thanks for that!
But, I'm afraid the characters are still looking awful.
Just check this pic right here:

Nope, the issue is still not fixed. I'm using r3785 and look at the characters,
they're still looking bad. The background and stuff are ok, though.

Checked. Fixed as of r4026. Great job, guyz!! Graphics are working correctly and all
the slowdowns are no more present!

It was fixed... until it got unfixed again. Don't know what happened. Using last
revision, r4246 . Also I'm getting a slowdown bug on the intro video, which was also
fixed.

I can't tell, I know that with r4175 the game was still working fine.
