Why must we manually add DirectX SDK include paths to VS settings? Why not add $(DXSDK_DIR) to the project's "Additional include directories" and "Additional Library Directories"?

I have talked to shuffle, basically the DirectX Sdk installer should be modifying the VS settings, but latest sdk was pre vs 2010. When you install dx sdk, it is something you have to do manually for vs 2010, it is not dolphin specific.
