  1. Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
    "RSBE01", etc):
    RPJE7U

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A lag everytime I use magic, the FPS drop to 18 and come back to 30

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
I dunno, but in Dolphin-3.0-79-x64 doesn't have this issue and in Dolphin-3.0-199 until 3.0 600 has this issue.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start a battle,select magic blaze for example
2.Use two blaze in enemy to make a supreme magic Flame detonator
3.When the SYNC appear will cause a lag and a FPS drop.

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)? Do not say 'latest version'
this changes multiple times a day.
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
Dolphin3.0-199 and Dolphin3.0-600
WIN7
Intel Core 2 duo
GTX550 with 301.24

Tried many settings and nothing fix

UPDATE:
rev 3.0-191 doesn't has this issue.(3.0-199 has )

I think it is something related with "Jit or JitCache"

Dolphin Git changelog:3.0-192 until 3.0-199

  • Made the JIT bypass the icache when it is executing the external interrupt exception handler. Fixed by comwiz.k
  • UI: refactor the game list sorting code
  • Formatting fixes for el.po and pt_BR.po
    On Linux with recent versions of gettext these formatting fixes are done
    automatically by gettext when updating the PO files. They create conflicts each
    time a rebase / merge is done and need to be reset manually.
  • Game ini database update for Kirby's Adventure Wii, Monster House, Mario
    Strikers Charged, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's: Duel Transfer, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic
    Winter Games, Disney Epic Mickey.
  • Merge branch 'JitCache' of https://skidau@code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/

One of those changes has broken the cache with Arc Rise Fantasia:

1)- Made the JIT bypass the icache when it is executing the external interrupt exception handler. Fixed by comwiz.k

3)- UI: refactor the game list sorting code

burnhellxp, would you please create a save state just before (2 seconds before) this issue occurs with 3.0-684? The emulator is working correctly, but I'll see if I can get rid of the lag.
