Description

  1. Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
    "RSBE01", etc):

almost all games i tried.

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
correct sound

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.

i dunt know which version because i stopped using dolphin for a while and just download latest GIT ( 616 ). but im sure the sound are working perfectly for all my games.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. start the game
  2. play for while
  3. sound will start to become garbage? looping BGM files, noise sound

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)? Do not say 'latest version'
this changes multiple times a day.
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.

Git 616 - x64
Currently using Windows 8 x64 CP ( maybe he culprit here )

6) Please provide any additional information below.
i also noticed that while in game if i tried to use hot key button on my keyboard related to sound ( vol up/down, mute ), the emu will pop up a mesg to load file?

7) Attachments. IMPORTANT! We have a limited storage quota on
GoogleCode, so please use a 3rd party host for screenshots or any other
files (http://min.us/ for example).

The hotkey bug is something everyone's been running into recently if they've been using Dolphin since before a certain revision (probably the wxWidgets 3 update, but I'm not 100% sure). Easy fix, though: go to Options > Hotkey Settings and re-set every (and I mean every) hotkey. Setting them to the same keys they were before is fine.

As for the sound issue, I'd like a list of games that you're experiencing issues in. If that's every game you have, list 'em all. But, since I have no such list, I'll be much more generic with my advice:

Every game seems to have occasional audio pops and bits of garbage noise, as well as bigger sound issues (music/sounds cutting out or not playing, or even causing crashes/hangs due to errors in DSP emulation).

Using DSP LLE alleviates some of this, but a) it takes a ton of CPU, making games unplayably slow on most computers, and b) if your computer can't run a game with LLE at 100%, the audio's choppy, playing full-speed in occasional snippets, instead of always playing the music at full-speed regardless of emulation speed as HLE does. (There's a good chance you already knew all that, but I'm just making sure.)

Switching audio backends can help - these vary on a per-game basis for how well they work.

Oh, and FYI: the Resident Evil games (since I seem to be the only guy that doesn't have them) have a plethora of sound issues, and LLE doesn't fix them, so you'll just have to deal with it for those. (There's an issue somewhere in this issue tracker for them, but I've got things to get to, so you can search the tracker yourself.)
