1. Game Name and ID: Any game

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect my volume to go up or down due to me pressing the volume button on my alienware M17xR3. Instead a window pops up saying "Select the file to load", at this time the emulation stops, if I click off the window another pop-up says "warning invalid file". The emulation resumes playing normally after this.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began. Yes this function worked correctly on dolphin 3.0-509 and under, this began in revision 3.0-539 (a merge branch).

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Run ANY game
2. Press the volume up or down key on an alienware laptop (assuming it does this for other versions as well)

5. What version of dolphin are you using? OS?
   Dolphin 3.0-715 64bit
   Windows 7 64bit

6) Please provide any additional information below.
As I mentioned above I am recreating this problem on an alienware M17xR3 laptop.
