- Video is always out of adjustment(part of the screen is always cut off
the top left part)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect normal video output. I see part of the screen.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP 32 bit dolphin 2123 opengl
Please provide any additional information below.
This works no matter what settings I have tried even dx9 plugin has this issue.
