What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Just launch the game and the error will state DVD unknown command
    Tatsunoko has this error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the game will load.
Instead I get a dvd read error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win32 windows xp revision 2123 open gl

Please provide any additional information below.
I have found that If I disable Jit, threads, dc, idle skip, and quantizers
the game will load just fine. I wonder if this will fix tatsunoko also.
