What's the problem?

The game freezes when I get to the loading screen and the FPS drops to 0?

I have tried to set EFB-RAM and enable cach but no luck I have also tried DX9 and DX11.

I have patched the game to english and I also use IOS Patcher and patch the game to IOS.240.

Help what should I do? Any tips?

Dolphin Git v3.0-864.

Processor: Intel Core i5 760 Quad-Core 2.80Ghz 8MB Cache memory.
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 1GB
DirectX 11, OpenCL, DirectCompute, OpenGL 4.0
Memory: 4GB 1333 MHz.
Operating Systems: Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 64bit.

Do the "Force Console as NTSC-J" or "System Language" = Japanese options help?

The US and European versions of Metroid Prime Trilogy do pretty much the same thing when you launch a game. This is fixed in the ES_LAUNCH branch, but I don't know where you can find a Windows build of that.
