3.0-784 this revision has started a error with me and it only happens when Dolphin is in window mode. every time I select a game and load it up in window mode it crashes right as the game starts to run. but when I load a game when in maximized window mode it plays just fine, but if I put in back into window mode it crashes.

1) Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
"RSBE01", etc): All games

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Run dolphin in window mode
2. Run Game in native resolution Rendered to main window
3. When screen adjusts to correct scale
4. When scale is corrected and game starts

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)? Do not say 'latest version'
this changes multiple times a day.
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
