Music stops Randomly in some games With the new-ax-hle

Description

some games that this happens on are mario party 5 and 6.
both games dumped from disc

in either game the music will cut out and you have to restart the game to get the music to play

the game run at 60FPS most of the time

Dolphin version 3.5-205

Specs:
Win 8 64bit, Intel Core2 Quad Q8400 2.66, 6Gb DDR3 133
Radeon HD 6870 1Gb GDDR5 Asus Edition

The new AX-HLE introduced this problem for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (GCCE01) and Skies of Arcadia Legends (GEAE8P) (and maybe other games?) as well (Windows XP 32-bit - Intel e8400 - sblastere xfii gamer)

In LOZ SS too, when fighting Demise, first Part, the music stops a moment.

sanitari, new-ax-hle doesn't affect Skyward Sword. It only affects GameCube games, and only those from second- or third-party developers (read: games using the GameCube AX µcode).

yeah wii games are not affected. because in some wii games like Super Mario Galaxy the music will cut off randomly, and its always been that way. So its only on gamecube games.

I have noticed 3.5 adds audio issues to F-Zero GX.

3.5 does not have new-ax-hle.

It think it has something to do withe code in the new ax hle because the sound slow down when frames drop, and in some games i get popping and crackling noise and sometimes the sound is off sync with openAL

the popping and crackling noise seem to be fixed with commit 3.5-322 but the music still cuts off in some game.

Never mind, the crackling noise is still there and it happens more frequently now

I tested Mario Party 6, I don't hear the crackling and music stopping. Could you put some details on how to produce the glitch? Minigame? Map?
