Improve error messages related to theme

What went wrong?
"Failed to load image from file [...]" error message
What did you expect to happen?
Fancy error message, such as "Some theme files appear to be missing:
-open.png
-refresh.png
-browse.png
[...]
[ ]Do not show error message again related to current theme [OK]" or "Theme: [theme name] appears to be moved or deleted, defaulting to Theme: <null>". When theme: <null> is selected, Dolphin should not expect any files from it. Checkbox option to not show pop up error message again related to current theme. When theme has been changed, the checkbox will reset.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Go to Dolphin\User\Themes and copy "Boomy" folder and paste two times
- Delete some files in Boomy - Copy
- load Dolphin > Config > Interface > Theme
- pick Boomy - Copy RESULT: Failed to load files you just deleted.
- pick Boomy - Copy (2)
- close Dolphin
- Delete Boomy - Copy (2)
- load Dolphin RESULT: Failed to load all files in folder you just deleted, blank bar in Theme: under config > Interface.

BTW I wanted to point out that sometime Dolphin crashed related to theme as well, so please keep that in mind. I couldn't reproduce exactly how that happened.

Sorry, none of us care enough to make the errors prettier.
But really, the current error message is not that bad.
A list of all the PNGs that failed to load (in a single message) is pretty good.

Haha ok I get it. I wish I could contribute some codes to Dolphin but I don't what code to write... Only thing I can do is to give ideas of what it should look like.
