What went wrong?
A third-party site, dolphin-emulator.com (which has outdated info and multiple broken links) overshadows the official dolphin-emu.org site in Google searches such as "dolphin emulator". Also, dolphin-emu.org only shows up on the third page when searching or just "dolphin", while dolphin-emulator.com shows up on the first page.
What did you expect to happen?
For the dolphin-emu.org site to be more optimized in the eyes of Google search, and show up above the third-party site which was probably optimized for Google search.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Search for "dolphin" or "dolphin emulator" in Google search.
Any other relevant information or links to logs:
This is a very small, and relatively minor issue compared to real bugs with the emulator itself, but I feel it's important so that people don't get mis-lead.

Spread the word where ever you can that main site is here -> http://dolphin-emu.org/
There's not much else anyone can do other than getting people to stop going to the unofficial site and start going to the official site. :)

Can't you look into Search Engine Optimization?
For example, the website's headers can easily be extended to include some more meta-tags
