Description

Game Name?

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn [Wii]

Game ID?

RFEE01

What went wrong?

Some textures (roofs mostly) dramatically change its color when looking from different points of view or just moving across battlefield cells. The smallest change in point of view degree causes rough color change. Looks like some undeeded shading applying. It can be really annoying when you move the camera a lot.

What did you expect to happen?

I guess the textures should always have the same level of light, the lighter one (see screenshots).

What version of Dolphin were you using?

Any?

What version of Dolphin used to work?

No idea.

Any other relevant information or links to logs:

The bug affects OpenGL and D3D11. Per-pixel lighting option is irrelevant. I could use D3D9 but it's drawing too thin battlefield cells lines, even maxed out via in-game settings.

To make sure. You were using a version of dolphin greater than 3.5-1xxx?

The issue persists both in 3.5 stable and 3.5-1059

Did you verify that the issue doesn't show up on the console?

Also, please create a fifo log showing the issue (i.e. record some frames while making the textures "flip"). Record the same scene that you took the screenshots of. Upload it to an external host.

Yes, on the console textures are always lit. Hope that's what you're asking for: http://yadi.sk/d/7xNyC1WX3PT18 Thanks for looking in.

Billy Hatcher has this bug too. Certain angles will tip off the correct lighting while most of the game is too dark because of this.

This has been present since 3.0 and I use the latest builds whenever possible.

I couldn't get this to occur. Someone else can confirm if they'd like; I haven't played this game that much.
