closedPaper Mario: The Thousand Year Door broken Camera in Chapter 3 Cutscene

Description
Game: Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door - G8ME01
If you play to Chapter 3, there's a cutscene after you get the storage key, because I'm an idiot, I saved over the save file I had before the scene so I could check fifo-logs. Either way, this bug happens in all back-ends regardless of what you set, even software renderer! Take that Neobrain!
What happens during the scene is that instead of seeing the whole screen, the background and characters when peeking down are mostly restricted to a tiny box. I thought maybe IR being up was the problem, but it wasn't so. EFB2Ram and Tex also didn't affect. I checked a walkthrough and confirmed that this was not intended on how is going to look.
A clue to the problem may be that when the scene first started, some of the foreground chairs popped through for a millisecond before the blackness shrouded it.
I should have possibly made a savestate, or kept my save, so I shouldn't, I believe this is right before or after getting Rank 5 in the tournament and you get the key at the telephone booth.
This happens from before dolphin 3.0 till present (3.5-1158.) I was using the 64 bit of Dolphin and 64 bit Windows 7. My computer is a Core i5 760@3.8 GHz with a GTX 280.

Also, since the other issues I posted seem to work regardless of back-end despite what happens actually in game; there's a chance this may or may not happen on D3D9/OpenGL. Software Renderer is unplayable with flickering, so, it still doesn't get a free pass.

This is probably fixed by now, but I don't have a savefile to test it any more. The cutscene in question looks just like the poster peelings, so. We'll see.

- Status changed from New to Fixed
Going to assumed fixed because I'm an idiot and didn't backup a save file before the cutscene.
It acts just like the posters bug, which was fixed by revision cdfe58f7ede0.
