Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Playing a part of a game where it only has a menu and no real polygons.
  2. Does this on the menu of Super Smash Bros. Melee and the Lakitu intro of
Mario Kart: Double Dash, and I believe a few others.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

To have a it run at normal speed, which is either 30 or 60 FPS. It usually
goes up to 120 FPS for some games.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SVN 2276. Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

Intel Pentium Dual Core 2 GHz
2 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 2400
32-bit Vista

The only way I've found to make it work regularly is to, for Melee, go into
a game, although it makes it tedious when the cursor goes too fast and goes
past the character. Wind Waker isn't bad, though, the fastness actually
goes through the whole intro really fast. I think there should be something
in the emulator to limit it to a certain FPS, like the PS2 emulator.
Unless, there already is, but when I asked on the Dolphin forums a person
told my to check the Audio Throttle box on the DPS configuration window,
but it hasn't done anything. So, if it's already been implemented, please
point me in the right direction.

Thanks
