We don't care about 3.5.
Test with a recent revision: http://dolphin-emu.org/download/

List your hardware specs.
And define "slower".

Mem:2gb ram
Processor: Intel (R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU e2200 @2.20GHz
OS: Windows XP SP3
Graphic card: Inter (r_ G33/G31 Express Chipset Family

Slower- Slower as in when I'm inside my house, I move normally. When I go outside, it slows a little but when it 9:00AM I slows more (my movement slows like walking, watering etc.) Then and the evening (when the stores are closed and homes are locked) I move normally again.

Old Intel graphic chip with an old weak cpu together make a perfect combination for a slowdown i think. This issue is probably invalid, try it with a stronger new pc and if you still have it, it is probably valid.

yeah, I don't know what possessed people not to close this then. Just tested the game, it's nothing abnormal. More Polygons + Activity + Models + AIs mean more strain on the computer.

This game is actually fairly lightweight in the grand scheme of things.
