I believe it is interesting to allow the Dolphin emulator to be able to read the contents of hard drives in WBFS format.

I thought it would be interesting that the Dolphin had the ability to read the contents of hard drives in WBFS format, allowing people may have external USB hard drives connected to computers and that could also be used in the Nintendo Wii.
