The game crashes at launch.

1.Open the iso and Screen Freez on "Licensed by Nintendo"

Dolphin 3.5 and Dolphin 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs. Have you tested with the latest version from
http://dolphin-emu.org/download ?

The NTSC version works perfectly and there is no reason to think that the PAL version would be any different. You probably just have a bad game file.

It may be that my iso is broken, but unfortunately I can not just dump my disc so I did not try it with a little source.
