Actually GT7X41 is already in the database, either there is some region specific issue or you are having a bad dump of the game.

i'm very sorry.
Differently from others, that game don't came from my personal genuine game discs, badly i downloaded it from internet.
In normal way, when i load the iso, Dolphin crashes immediatly.
So i tryed to enable MMU and after that Dolphin doesn't crash, but shows Black Screen.
So i thought was a gameini settings problem.
I'm sorry for my mistake, i try always to do my best.
Please, may you advice me a way to check the iso if there are good or not?

Christian the game has already mmu speed hack enabled by default in the database. Did you need to enable "MMU" to make it work ("mmu speed hack" wasn't enough)? If that is the case i will alter it, otherwise i will close this issue.

I'm uploading the iso on internet right now, tomorrow in morning i'll give you the links
If necessary, i can buy a original genuine of this game next week and i can dump a clean iso of this game.

how i promised, link for the iso.
extract this with 7-zip (windows) or Keka (Mac) free softwares.
however, if necessary, i can buy this game and dump a clean iso.
If can be useful
I noticed there are 2 Original PAL versions.
One only in english language and another Multi4 languages. This has 4 languages.

I tested a genuine NTSC USA game, and it works really fine!
Sadly my pal version was downloaded by internet, does it can be corrupted?
so sad that game don't work in in my language :(
