Running Dolphin 3.5-2442 (x86) and the European version of The Wind Waker, nearly all HUD textures fail to properly be displayed and some occasional ingame texture also shows corruption.
This does only occur with D3D11, no matter what settings I pick (safe textures, OpenXX texture decoder, etc).
It does work (so far) flawlessly with D3D9 though.

Since I am running the European version, I had to rename GZLE01 (US) to GZLP01 of the files to take effect.
