I cant replicate this, could you try redumping your game?

Redumping the game didn't fix the issue.

It also doesn't always happen the first time you start the game.

I've been playing this game on Dolphin and it's never crashed on startup. Your disc is probably a bad dump.

This game does have some random crash problems, though.

I'm having this issue, I've tried two different ISOs.
Windows 7 x64
Intel Core i7 CPU Q 740 @ 1.73GHz 1.73 GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5800 Series

How the heck do you have two different isos? Did you buy multiple regions of the game and dump them? Do they have different hashes?

Can you give any, ANY information that would help me reproduce this?

It does it with a clean dump of the game and default settings, but I haven't tested it with more recent version.

Always test on latest master. There've been more than a handful of JIT changes recently.
