Something weird happens (related with smoothing) when I open video renderer dialog while Spectrobes Origins running.

What went wrong?
When I start the game and open video renderer dialog, some smoothign applies to the game, but if I do that in video, video starts to flicker.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Nothing like that should happen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run the game with any video settings
2.Don't press any buttons at first screen
3.Open video renderer dialog

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
dolphin-master-4.0-80-x86

Which version of Dolphin used to work?
I don't know, but even old versions with DX11 support has the same weird effect

What are your PC specifications (example: Operating System, CPU and GPU)?
Win 8, Intel Core i5 660 3.3 Ghz, Radeon HD 5750

Better to see something once, than heard about this a hundreds of times, so this http://fbe.am/nHJ is the very short video.
Nothign like that happens with Open GL and DX9.
The game become more smooth even if i started it with AA 1x and no smoothing.

If someone will look the video, get a closer look onto a hand border. Before I opened dialog it's not that smooth as after it.

More specifically, if you had enabled On Screen Display messages and read the text on startup, you'd know that opening the graphics configuration would cause issues.
