What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
In the main window, many games don't display banner picture, having a gray X picture instead, and the "Notes" colum is also empty for those games. Not showing in this picture are GC games, which mostly work.
The interesting point, and the reason why I decided to report this issue instead of just attributting it to bad ROMs is that at some points and under certain conditions, banners did appear, but not anymore. I'll explain.
First time I installed Dolphin, I pointed it to a folder containing just one game, which was zelda skyward sword. The banner appeared no problem. Then I added another folder where there were more games and banners did not appear for these. Further poking arround led me to find that after successfully booting a game, then opening up the "Properties" > "Info" and then refreshing list, made the banner visible for that game most of the time. But now that doesn't work anymore.
I even went through unisntalling and deleting the Dolphin folder in mydocs and then install again, and now banners don't appear no matter what I do.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Needless to say, I expected them to show up. (no cynicism or sarcasm involved. honest)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Install emulator, set language to English, browse for games.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.

Not so far.
